Marcin Kraśniewski
Dr Marcin Kraśniewski is a Polish lawyer, academic and energy sector expert specialising in energy law, energy transition, infrastructure regulation and international energy governance. He serves as Assistant Professor at the Department of Energy Transition at the University of Economics in Katowice and is also a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pavia in Italy. He currently serves as a Board Member of the European Federation of Energy Law Associations (EFELA). His professional experience combines academia, public governance and the energy industry in Poland. Dr Kraśniewski has participated in numerous international conferences and expert initiatives related to energy transition, climate governance and nuclear energy, including COP28, the World Economic Forum in Davos, IAEE Paris Conference. He has also acted as an expert cooperating with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on issues related to information security and nuclear technologies.
